Coulson Aviation is a global aerial firefighting company that operates in Canada, the USA, Australia, and Chile. We produce, maintain and operate a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our fleet, we can run rapid aerial fire suppression, including initial attack and extended attack protocols. We are a growing organization that has been in business for 65 years.
Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add a Marketing Manager in Port Alberni, BC.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking a strategic and collaborative marketing leader with global experience to drive integrated campaigns and strengthen our brand presence. The Marketing Manager will oversee global marketing initiatives, lead a diverse team, and work closely with internal and external partners. Experience in managing social media platforms and developing branded content and promotional materials is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to develop and evaluate global marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align strategies with local insights.
- Report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and KPIs.
- Lead multi-country, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead strategic efforts to establish the brand as a recognized leader in both established and emerging markets.
- Oversee social media strategy and presence across major platforms.
- Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including content scheduling, performance tracking, audience engagement, and platform settings.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication across time zones.
- Oversee internal and contracted creative staff, including videographers and SEO experts.
- Manage creation and procurement of branded items, apparel, and company swag.
- Develop high-quality company presentations and multimedia content.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with graphic design or photo imaging software.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Natural leader who motivates others to achieve goals.
- Innovative and adaptable to new ideas and concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven relationship builder.
